  • Hybrid working available; 2-3 days in the office in Cowes and 2-3 days from home. It could be more flexible for the right person.

Your new role

  • As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing, helping to shape the marketing strategy and leading a small team of 2 marketing professionals.
  • Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing campaigns that drive income generation, customer acquisition, retention, and behaviour change, managing and prioritising marketing requests from across the organisation.
  • You will be hands-on with driving lead generation (PPC / campaigns) and supporting on lead conversion / email marketing to enhance sales income. As well as social media and website management, writing press releases and media management and updating the content calendar.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Your success will be driven by your strategic marketing acumen, leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Your ability to set, track, and report on KPIs, coupled with a strong understanding of digital marketing, will be crucial.
  • Previous experience of leading and/or mentoring a small team would be advantageous.
  • Personal qualities such as attention to detail, audience focus, and the ability to work under pressure will set you apart.
