Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct testing and validation of mechanical systems to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven track record of successful design and development of mechanical systems and components.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
