Established more than 50 years ago, Natta Building Company Ltd specialises in Building and Civil Engineering projects across the southern half of the UK.

Due to planned growth we are currently recruiting for Document Controller to work alongside our team onsite at Oxford .

This role involves coordinating with different departments within the organisation and ensuring that documents are kept in the right location within our Client relationship manager (CRM) software, Document management system (DMS) software and are accessible to all internal personnel. You will be an important part of the pre-construction team within which there is potential to develop your knowledge and skills. The job involves a lot of structure as you will have a number of set tasks to work through on a daily basis, however are not limited to the responsibilities below:

  • Ensuring documents are in the right location and categorised according to type
  • Working to deadlines
  • Set up and maintain archive filing system
  • Collate reports/registers on a fortnightly basis and distribute to the relevant recipient

Required Skills

  • Attention to detail, with high levels of numeracy and literacy
  • Able to work unsupervised using own initiative
  • Competency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Flexibility/Reliability

30 hours a week working from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday
