This is a temp to perm position with immediate start available, and the role includes key holding responsibilities.
Candidates should have cleaning experience, be reliable and trustworthy, and possess good communication skills.
The company provides uniform, PPE, on-the-job training, and continued support.

Are you looking for a cleaner role with a key holding responsibility? Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced cleaner immediately who is looking a long term part time role. Based in a clinic in the Oxford, OX4 postcode area.

This role is starting as soon as possible.

Pay rate: £11.44 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday & Wednesday. 5pm till 7pm
2 days a week.
Temp to perm position.

Main Duties

May involve Lone working
Will have the responsibility to be a key holder
Ensure that all areas of the building are cleaned on time to the standards and specification,
Cleaning in a medical building
Sweeping, mopping, hoovering, changing / emptying the bins

Experience/Skills

Cleaning experience
Reliable and trusthworthy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate effective problem solving

If you have cleaning experience based as housekeeper, janitor, office cleaner. Also if you have done a key holder cleaner role.
