We are delighted to be working with one of Oxfords leading companies who are hiring for a Technical Support Administrator to join them in supporting the operational service area and provide back office support.
As a Technical Support Administrator, you will be working a 37 hour week on a temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Managing correspondence via phone and email, dealing with queries and complaints
. Looking into complaints in order to resolve them
. Processing timesheets and annual leave requests
. Producing monthly statistics, identifying trends and actions
. Tracking and reporting progressions for tasks to the supervisors
The ideal candidate will be:
. Proactive, problem-solver and organised
. Great communicator
. Experienced in compiling and analysing data
