As an Assembly Team Leader you will oversee the daily operations ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. You will be responsible for coordinating team activities, monitoring performance, and addressing issues to maintain productivity. Key duties include assigning tasks, providing training, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining adherence to production schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to achieve organisational targets.
  • Manage and guide a team of production workers, offering training and ongoing support as required.
  • Ensure precise and efficient completion of assembly tasks using hand and power tools.
  • Monitor production workflows to uphold quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Provide management with feedback on team productivity and process improvements.
  • Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues encountered during assembly.
