Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team forVINCI Facilities.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, including emails.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
  • Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle scheduling and appointment management as necessary.
  • Organising bookings for meetings.
  • Liaising with catering and setting up conference Room 1 for events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving processes within the office environment.

Training to be held before 24th December with a start date of 2nd of Jan 2025

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 11.50 per hour
