As a Theatre Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the Theatre and Endoscopy teams to ensure high-quality care
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage budgets, business planning, and clinical governance
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, senior leaders, and patients
  • Ensure effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
