As a Theatre Manager, you will:
- Oversee the Theatre and Endoscopy teams to ensure high-quality care
- Lead, motivate, and supervise multidisciplinary teams
- Manage budgets, business planning, and clinical governance
- Build strong relationships with consultants, senior leaders, and patients
- Ensure effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate to provide the best possible patient treatment and care
The Theatre Manager role comes with a comprehensive package:
- Annual salary up to 60,000
- 37.5 hours per week
