We are currently working with an exciting business to join a dynamic manufacturing team where innovation meets excellence. They are committed to delivering high-quality services and are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team in West Birmingham. 

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will focus on managing end-to-end accounts payable including performing statement reconciliations, payment runs, processing invoices and collaborating with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.

Skills required:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing environment but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High Attention to detail to support you with coding and checking invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring all transactions are processed correctly
