A CNC Operator is required to join a Steel Processing / manufacturing company based in Cradley Heath.
You will be responsible operating an Elumatec SBZ-151, which is a 5-axis CNC machining centre, used to cut and drill steel. You will be producing components used in the assembly of large balcony units, also done on site, before assembled units are shipped out.
The duties for this role include;
- Operating 5-axis Elumatec CNC machining centre
- Working from engineering drawings
- Measuring the materials before cutting
- Loading / unloading the machine
This position is on a temp to perm basis, working days -
- Working - 7:30am - 4:00pm (1:30pm finish Fridays)
- Paying - £12.59 per hour
If you haven't got the relevant experience, there is another position available to assist with the above CNC Operator, loading / unloading, banding and assembly - paying £11.44 per hour - with a view to training up on the above.
If you do well, you will be eligible for a permanent contract after a probationary period through the agency.
