Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain press brake machinery to shape and form metal materials according to precise specifications. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production, meeting safety standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Press Brake Machinery: Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets, plates, or other materials based on design specifications.
• Read and Interpret Blueprints: Understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine settings, tooling requirements, and material handling.
• Machine Setup and Adjustment: Load materials into the press brake machine, set the appropriate tooling, adjust machine settings for specific jobs, and perform test runs to ensure quality.
• Quality Control: Monitor production to ensure parts meet required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards. Measure and inspect parts regularly for accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC press brakes.
• Certification in machine operation or manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
