Sales Administrator Required
Based in Cradley Heath
Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 5.30pm (1 hour's lunch)
13.00 PH/27,000 PA
Training will be provided.
Are you an experienced proactive, forward-thinking Sales Administrator who loves to support a dynamic sales team! We are looking for a talented Sales Admin to join our client's thriving organisation in Dudley. For the right person there is future opportunity within the prospect.
Fastener industry experience is desired but not essential.
The day to day
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Be able to always demonstrate professional communication.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals.
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Support the team with order processing, including invoicing and shipment co-ordination.

- You must ooze Customer Service!
- Good computer knowledge is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, spin lots of plates and manage/prioritise own workload.
