We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a well-established industrial company based in Cradley Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer from heavy industry manufacturing or industrial background looking to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of bespoke machinery

  • Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, and industrial motors

  • PLC fault finding and diagnostics

  • Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance tasks

  • Ensure minimal downtime and high plant efficiency

  • Support wider engineering and production teams with technical expertise

Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong electrical background with mechanical aptitude

  • Experience in an industrial or heavy industry environment

  • Confident working with PLCs, motors, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics

  • Capable of fault finding and problem-solving on a variety of machinery
