As a Regional Quality Lead you will:
- Help Home Managers deliver top-notch health and care experiences for residents
- Work with Home Managers, Deputy Home Managers, and SSQIs to create and implement action plans for inspections
- Advocate for and assist with the implementation of Cornerstone
- Develop positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals
- Deliver clinical quality training across the West Midlands area
