Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage One Teacher position? Flourish Education are recruiting a primary teacher to work in Key stage one with a popular 2-form entry Primary school based in Cradley Heath.

Our client is looking to recruit a Primary Teacher to work in a Key Stage One class on a full-time and long-term basis. As a Key Stage One Class Teacher working at our client’s school, a minimum of two years’ experience is required.

You will be expected but not limited to plan, assess, and mark students work in line with the school policy, deliver engaging and creative lessons, work alongside the teaching assistant and attend staff meetings.

This Key Stage One Primary Teacher role is due to start in February 2025 and last until the end of the academic year. Your working hours will be Monday – Friday 8:15- 16:30pm.

Required skills and experience for this Primary Teacher role:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Confident in leading a classroom of children.
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management
  • Phonics screening/Key Stage One SATs experience is desirable
  • To be able to work effectively with the Teaching Assistant
