Key Responsibilities:

Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals.

Key Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales.

Job Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years in recruitment or a related field.
