As a Regional Quality Lead you will:

  • Help Home Managers deliver top-notch health and care experiences for residents
  • Work with Home Managers, Deputy Home Managers, and SSQIs to create and implement action plans for inspections
  • Advocate for and assist with the implementation of Cornerstone
  • Develop positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals
  • Deliver clinical quality training across the West Midlands area
