£24,420-£28,000 pro rata

We are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant for our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Cradley Heath area. As a Finance Assistant you will be faced with a range of duties to contribute to the smooth running of the business.
Job responsibilities (Not limited too):
- Manage the invoice process including checking, authorizing, emailing and chasing invoices.
- Checking, chasing and filing proof of deliveries for purchasing.
- Chase customer payments.
- Maintain BACs list of payments and due dates.
- Any other ad hoc duties when required.
Person specification:
- Use of SAGE.
- Experience with different computer systems.
- Experience required.
