We are currently recruiting for one of our industry leading clients in the Cradley Heath area. They are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team! Our client is a dynamic and innovative company that are committed to delivering exceptional products/service to their customer base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in promoting their brand, driving business growth, and managing their social media.

Job duties (not limited to):

  • Support the account management for all customers, providing first class customer service.
  • Follow up on all sales enquires, enter sales orders onto the system and complete sales invoicing.
  • Generate route cards and work orders.
  • Creating and managing commercial invoices specifically for exports and samples and Purchase Orders.
  • Take photographs and videos of products for social media.
  • Developing and maintaining marketing campaigns including the use of social media and other agreed appropriate platforms.
  • Send out company and product updates via email to customers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, actively driving any sales/marketing promotions of products.
  • Manage the social media for the company.
  • Provide quality assurance and resilience to the Despatch Team as required.
  • Ad hoc admin duties.

Essential experience:

  • Confident using a range of computer systems and social media channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work to multiple time frames.
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
