What You'll Do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, providing essential support to our clinical staff and enhancing the overall efficiency of our services. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Assist clinical staff with various administrative tasks to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Handle telephone and face-to-face inquiries, providing information and directing queries appropriately.
  • Type reports and documents as directed, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain both electronic and manual filing systems, ensuring they are up to date.
  • Build strong working relationships with team members and interact positively with the public.
  • Schedule appointments and arrange interpreters as needed.
  • Record discharge files in accordance with policy and manage transportation

To thrive in this role, you will possess:

  • 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and 1 years' experience in a clerical / administrative role

or

  • 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
