  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from patients, families, and colleagues
  • Type up important reports and documents with precision, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage our electronic and manual filing systems with precision, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible
  • Collaborate with managers and staff at all levels, fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
  • Schedule appointments and arrange interpreters, ensuring everyone has access to the services they need.
  • Manage discharge files according to Policy and oversee their transportation

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • 4 GCSEs at grades A-C (including English Language) plus 1 year of clerical/administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Word and Excel
