Band 3 Administrative Support - Nurse Bank Office

Location: Portadown

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible)

Total Hours: 18.75 hours per week

Brook Street is currently seeking a dedicated Band 3 Administrative Support professional to join the Nurse Bank Office in Portadown. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of the Bank office, supporting the team in meeting service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Bank Co-ordinator with daily office activities, including report preparation and training scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and facilitate payroll processes by processing invoices from recruitment agencies.
  • Support the on boarding of new staff, ensuring compliance with mandatory training and timely updates to the Bank system.
  • Run reports from the Bank Staff system to support governance arrangements and monitor staff training.
  • Participate in call handling and shift filling to meet staffing requirements.

Experience Required:

Option 1: 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language, plus 1 year of clerical/administrative experience.

Option 2: 2 years of experience in a clerical/administrative role within a hospital setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
