An exciting manufacturing company close to Lurgan who manufacture for the healthcare industry. Due to new projects they have a requirement for a new Production Operative.

Your new role
Production Operators will assemble and inspect medical simulation products according to established specifications and quality standards. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will collaborate with a supportive team to meet production targets in a safe, efficient manner. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive work environment.
Mon - Fri: 8am to 4pm

What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is a plus. Basic familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and/or automated assembly equipment. Understanding of quality control procedures and best practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, conducive to a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
