The Role

We are expanding our team and seek hardworking, reliable Groundworkers to support their oil spill clean-up projects. You will work in small teams under the guidance of experienced professionals, handling various tasks at domestic, commercial, agricultural, and public sector sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist team leaders and project management in oil spill clean-up operations
  • Operate plant machinery and perform landscaping tasks
  • Carry out light building works including bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and joinery
  • Ensure safety and compliance with regulations at all times
  • Respond to emergency call-outs as needed

About You

They are looking for physically fit, conscientious, and reliable individuals. You should have a background in construction and hold relevant plant operator licenses (or be willing to demonstrate competency). Experience in landscaping and general building skills is essential. You will also have:

  • 3 years experience in construction (required)
  • Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance
  • Light building skills (bricklaying, plastering, etc.)
  • Ability to pass a DAB / Access NI background check
