New Shop OpeningExciting opportunity to join one of the UKs best loved jewellery brands help us spread our passion and enthusiasm for customers and our jewellery.

Warren James is on the lookout for a Shop Manager - someone who loves wearing and promoting our jewellery with a desire to drive sales and increase our brand awareness.

The Retail Manager Role:

  • Managing and working with a small sales floor team day-to-day
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere & great one to one customer experiences
  • Identifying and maximising sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Motivating and developing a small sales team to reach their maximum potential
  • Following and maintaining company policies and procedures
  • Leading by example in everything you do
  • Taking ownership & full responsibility for the performance of a small shop & team
  • Utilising the resources to plan, organise and train staff
  • Developing an excellent knowledge of our jewellery

The Retail Manager Essentials:

  • Experience in retail management or hospitality
  • An ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service
  • Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance essential in reflecting our companys public image
  • Self-motivated with good leadership and people skills
  • Confident communicator with good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail in everything you do
Jewellery knowledge isnt required as training is provided

  • 28 days holiday a year and after 5 years youll receive 33 days a year (including 8 Bank Holidays)
