Role Purpose:
360 Recruitment is seeking an organized and proactive SAP Plant Maintenance Project Support professional to assist in the delivery of the Plant Maintenance workstream within our clients SAP migration project. This role will involve supporting project administration, data management, system design, and training coordination, while ensuring smooth communication between cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the SAP Maintenance team through system design, data migration, testing, and roll-out phases.
- Track project progress, provide regular updates, and flag risks or issues to the project management team.
- Organize project meetings, prepare materials, and support training initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Experience in project administration and data management.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and previous experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in manufacturing.
