An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to join a leading high reliability manufacturing business. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, including 4-5 smaller projects alongside at least one large-scale project. This dynamic role will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely production of parts for OEMs, meeting customer specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and to customer specifications.
  • Oversee parts design and production, ensuring that all manufacturing processes align with high reliability standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, providing updates to the Portfolio Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in a technical / engineered manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing relationships with OEMs is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a customer facing project position is highly desirable
