KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with an excellent manufacturing business based in Cramlington to recruit an Assistant Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on AAT or CIMA active studier.
- Assist in production of management accounts
- Month end journals
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
- Assist with the production of annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable invoice processing if required
- Processing of bank payments and receipts
- Completion of bank reconciliation
- Monitor cash flow
- Ensure any overdue accounts receivable invoices are investigated
- Maintain and monitor petty cash
- Identify opportunities for business improvements within the organisation
You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong people, time management and IT skills.
