Person Specification:

  • At least 5 years of senior leadership experience
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a large setting or group of settings
  • Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (desirable)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant Level 6 degree and leadership qualifications (desirable)
  • Full driving licence and transport
