Your new roleAs an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will help plan and deliver educational activities, maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment, and provide individual support to children who need extra help. You will observe and assess children's progress, promote positive behaviour and social skills, and communicate with parents about their child's development. Additionally, you would handle administrative tasks like preparing materials and maintaining records, and ensure the health and safety of children during all activities. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you need patience, empathy, and good communication skills.
