The role includes Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance on the manufacturing equipment and lines on site. The successful candidate will work on a Panama shift pattern working 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 nights on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. This means that if you want to book holidays off, unlike a traditional 5-day continuous working week where you'd need to book 5 days off in a row, to book a week off in this shift pattern, if you timed it right you could book 2 days off and have 7 days off in a row.
