Adecco is currently recruiting Production Operatives on a temporary 6 month assignment for our prestigious client based in Cramlington. Join our client's dynamic team and contribute to the production of life-saving medical products.

This role is initially for 6 months, with a view to become permanent.

The ideal candidates will have previous production line experience, preferably in a clean room environment. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.

The current shift pattern available is:

Night shift role: Continental shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off 6pm - 6am with a pay rate of £11.86p/h + 30% shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Safely and efficiently produce high-quality single-use medical products in a cGMP compliant cleanroom.
    • Comply with safe working practices and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
    • Ensure product quality is maintained and compliant with cGMP standards.
    • Handle critical components and set up/kit raw materials.
    • Read, follow, and understand detailed assembly drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Perform manual assembly of critical components on a defined production line.
    • Assemble material components to stringent quality requirements.
    • Inspect finished goods in line with approved customer specifications.
    • Handle and use manual, electronic, and pneumatic hand tools.
    • Accurately detail and record critical cGMP data in the batch record.

Requirements:

    • Capable of working safely within a clean room environment.
    • Ability to read and accurately follow Batch Record Sheets and Standard Operation Procedures.
    • Previous GMP experience is preferable.
    • Previous manufacturing assembly experience.
    • Good understanding of the English language, both written and verbal.
    • Basic mathematical skills.
