  • KCR Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager for a progressive organization in the service sector.
  • The role requires leading a team of three and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
  • Candidates should ideally be fully qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience, with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in producing budgets.
  • The position involves various duties including monthly management accounts, profit and loss analysis, and managing the end-to-end audit process.
  • The salary for this role is competitive, with a requirement of at least 5 years of relevant experience.

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a progressive and forward thinking organisation in the service sector who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. You will report to the MD and lead a team of 3.

Ideally you will be fully qualified however those qualified by experience will also be considered.

Duties to include:

  • Monthly management accounts production
  • Profit and loss analysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Budget preparation
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Cash book control
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Journal postings
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Production of statutory accounts and associated duties
  • Financial reporting
  • Manage end to end audit process of current systems
  • VAT returns
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

The Person / Key Skills

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Creating statutory accounts
  • Ability to delegate and manage the work of others
  • Experience of AP and AR
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Produced budgets
  • Experience running annual audit
