M&E Small Works Supervisor - Cramlington - Global Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Small Works Supervisor on the behalf of our global facilities management client based in Cramlington, Northumberland.

As a Small Works Supervisor, you will ensure the safe and timely delivery of all agreed projects. You will be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, manage operational aspects, and oversee budgets to achieve project success.

Package:
  • Competitive salary between 48,000 - 52,000 per annum (depending on experience)

  • Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:
  • Identify project opportunities within a portfolio of maintenance contracts

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver on their requirements

  • Ensure projects comply with QHSE processes and statutory regulations

  • Supervise daily operations, including subcontractor management and site activities

  • Build strong, effective relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including profitability and cost control

  • Ensure all project documents are accurate, complete, and stored appropriately

Requirements:
  • Recognised technical qualifications in construction, M&E, or similar fields

  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and SMSTS/SSSTS certification

  • Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills

  • Competence in construction health and safety legislation

  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in M&E, FM, or construction
