- Salary: 30-33k DOE
- Provide comprehensive HR support to the organisation.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, preliminary interviews, and issuing offer letters and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage all HR documentation.
- Implement and manage performance management and improvement systems.
- Supervise employee onboarding, probation reviews, and exit interviews.
- Regularly update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Process payroll, ensuring statutory payroll reporting is completed accurately.
- Assist the Plant Manager in promoting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Organise training and development activities and maintain the training log.
- Relevant HR qualification, such as Assoc. CIPD, CPP, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in HR.
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong planning and organisational skills to achieve departmental and business goals.
