About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stores Administrator to support our stores operations for a minimum of 12 months. This role is essential in maintaining and updating our stock and inventory records, ensuring engineering spares are properly accounted for in our SAP system, and assisting with physical organization in our storage areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately add new engineering spares to the SAP system.
  • Material Management: Update material spares and Bill of Materials (BOM) documentation.
  • Physical Inventory: Assist with adding physical parts to storage areas.
  • Quotations: Source and obtain quotes for engineering spares as required.
  • Stock Checks: Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail, with the ability to focus on data input for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
