Empowering Learning is seeking a PRU Pastoral Support Assistant in the Northumberland area.
The position is full-time, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Applicants must hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher and have experience working with students with SEND needs, particularly those with ASC and SEMH challenges.
A calm demeanor, proactive attitude, and the ability to de-escalate situations are essential, with Team Teach training being an asset.

Empowering learning require a PRU pastoral support assistant to work in the Northumberland area. The role is 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8.30 am-16.00 pm. To work within the pastoral team to pick up any students in crisis or to work with students to de-escalate.
