Job Title: Field Service EngineerLocation: North UKReporting To: Service Manager

Overall Purpose:We are seeking a self-driven and highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our Service Team, primarily covering the Midlands Region. The role involves attending site visits to support client service calls, assist with installations, commissioning, and audits, along with providing on-call assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site technical assistance to customers.
  • Conduct reactive and preventative maintenance visits.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support as per the rota.
  • Report on-site issues and recommend solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety practices.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Warden Call and Nurse Call systems.
  • Previous experience in electrical installations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Adaptable to practical site issues and tech-savvy.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
