Working Hours:
8am - 5pm
Salary:
25-30k
Role Information:
* Integrate successfully with the existing business, relevant departments and staff
* Foster excellent relations with clients, staff and suppliers
* Provide quality services
* Bring new ideas to the business to enhance brand
* Have the capacity to deliver a diversity of requirements within a working day
* Have a flexible approach to work load
* Demonstrate good Microsoft excel skills
* Hold a clean and current driving license
* Be prepared to travel throughout the UK
Personal Qualities & Experience:
* Construction related background working for principle contractors
* Experience of Plant hire/off hire is essential
* Experience working in a busy and fast paced environment
* Previous experience working for a multi-site organisation
* Strong communication skills
* Ideally the candidate will have a construction background
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience in a similar role
Duties & Responsibilities:
The role is focused at achieving results in a consistent manner to a defined quality.
Specific duties will include but not limited too:
* To manage the control of all plant across the business in the most cost effective manner
* Providing analysis, planning, scheduling, and coordination of plant movement within the business and maintain records for the purchasing department
* Conducting cost saving analysis at the beginning of a contract to decide which supply options would be best suited
