Marketing Services Assistant (12-Month Fixed Term)
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Services Assistant to support our Marketing Services Manager across a range of exciting marketing and promotional activities. This is a diverse, hands-on role perfect for a self-driven professional looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Role Details:
- Position: Marketing Services Assistant
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Location: Cramlington (on-site)
- Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract
- Hours: Full-time, 35.5 hours per weekMonday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00Friday: 09:00 - 15:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and design of various marketing materials, both digital and print, including content writing and creative image production (CGI, Canva, Photoshop) to support digital content.
- Liaising with customers regarding marketing requests and needs.
- Collaborating with and providing support to the sampling department.
- Developing artwork for internal communication campaigns.
Key Attributes and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong business administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
- Experience managing customer communications and meeting both internal and external expectations.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An understanding of print procurement and processes.
- A solid understanding of Digital Marketing, including LinkedIn and newsletter creation.
- A qualification in Marketing, Business Studies, or Administration is beneficial but not required.
