The RoleWe are supporting a local business with their search for a Manufacturing Administrator.  Located in Cramlington, you will be required to cover the following duties.Key responsibilities:
  • Support with purchasing activities and supplier communication
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and updating our skills and training (ILUO) matrix
  • Participate in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Use data sources to identify continuous improvement opportunities 
  • Ensure new engineering orders (NEO’s) and engineering change orders (ECO’s) are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all cleat costs are maintained and accurate
  • Support costing enquires, working closely with the technical department

  • Competent administration skills including attention to detail skills
  • Experience in a busy manufacturing/production environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and proactively showing initiative is essential. 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
