The OpportunityNigel Wright are delighted to be supporting our client, a fast-growing and dynamic business as their look to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant.Joining a well-established team, you will be responsible for the Order to Cash reconciliation cycle within the current Finance team as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities
  • Reconciliation of company bank accounts on a daily basis
  • Reconciling daily transactions and investigating any discrepancies
  • Working collaboratively with the team to develop continuous improvement 
  • Reconciling bank and credit card statements, ensuring the integrity of the financial ledgers
  • Assisting with month end accounts and producing journals
  • Filing and administrative duties
About youTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy to meet deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills, specifically advanced Excel & systems knowledge
  • Experience in bookkeeping or similar accounts role with strong reconciliation skills and exposure
  • AAT (level 2 or above)
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to manipulate and analyse high volumes of transactional data with ease
  • Have a positive attitude with a thorough approach to problem solving
  • Experience and ability handling sensitive, confidential information
