KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Assistant for a dynamic manufacturing business in Cramlington. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small finance team and make a real difference to the business. The role will suit a part or fully qualified AAT candidate who also has excellent Microsoft knowledge. Main duties will include:
- Inputting and processing purchase invoices
- Processing employee expenses
- Reconciling statements
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Allocating payments
- Setting up new suppliers and customers
- Creating, processing and distributing sales invoices
- Assisting with chasing overdue debt
- Assisting with month end process
- Preparing information pack for monthly meetings
