The School and Role
We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly primary school in Northumberland. Working as part of an established team, the desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be supporting lessons and running interventions across KS2. The role would be Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm with the opportunity of extra hour running after-school club. This school creates a really supportive atmosphere, so children feel safe and happy in school – they were rated as ‘Good’ at their last Ofsted inspection.
Requirements
The desired Early Years Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
