We are working with our client who are a global manufacturing business based in Cramlington in their search for a technical sales engineer / coordinator. Your primary role will be working with customers and understand their requirements, working with technical information and producing quotes for a smooth process. A background in metal forming etc would be advantageous.
This is an excellent role in a world class business offering benefits and progression on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to support the sales team on all things technical, Drawings materials etc.
- Raise customer quotations and orders
- Provide technical knowledge to customers
- Monitor customer feedback and add value to customer experience
The person:
- Experience in a customer focused technical role
- Knowledge of metal work or manufacture products advantageous
- Good customer service and IT skills
