Actual Salary: 20,941.63 - 22,834.95
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (term-time only)

Our client is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support SEND students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the educational and personal development of students. Working closely with teaching staff, you will contribute to delivering a balanced curriculum and help students achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive environment. This may involve 1:1 support or working with small groups.

No prior experience as a Teaching Assistant is required, your transferrable skills and personal attributes are what's important to succeed here!

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Support students' learning and independence.
  • Assist in planning and delivering learning.
  • Monitor and report on students' progress.
  • Promote independence and self-regulation.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed.
  • Support positive social behavior and emotional well-being.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Full UK driving license and access to a car (due to location)
  • Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Aged 21 or over (due to site policies).
  • Positive, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
