Opus People Solutions are seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wimborne.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be carrying out general maintenance to our client's premises ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming. This involves routine repairs, inspections, and proactive maintenance, all while adhering to health and safety regulations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that value it's people. You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, no travelling long distances. Located on beautifully piteresque grounds, the location is rural, so a full driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections of the buildings and grounds.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Report damages and malfunctions promptly.
- Assist with planned maintenance and emergency responses.
What we're looking for:
- General maintenance knowledge eg. basic joinery, electrical, and plumbing skills.
- An understanding of health and safety regulations.
- A valid driver's license and access to transportation, as the location is rural.
