Our client, a leading Financial Services firm is seeking a PA to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to internal growth our client is looking to add a PA to their team, where you will be responsible for providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support to one of the firms’ Directors, whilst supporting in the smooth day to day running of the office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a PA / EA, and be used to working both independently and as part of a team, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail are maintained at all times.

This is an office-based role and candidates will need their own mode of transport due to the location of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining client files

- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with confidentiality and inline with compliance requirements

- Liaising with third parties and paraplanners

- Collating client information and updating internal systems and databases

- Producing reports for clients

- Providing general support to the Advisor - answering phone calls, responding to emails, diary management

- Being the first point of contact for clients

- Working in a fast-paced, regulated environment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail are maintained at all times

Key Experience:

- Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous, although not essential

- Excellent time management with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / EA, in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work in a regulated environment whilst adhering to standards and regulations

- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

- Understanding of the financial industry

- Excellent communicator, confident liaising with clients and third parties over the phone and via email
