What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Maintenance Manager with day-to-day maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining and cleaning factory machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnosing and repairing engineering faults on factory machinery
  • Assisting in the upkeep of machinery, buildings, grounds, and other structures
  • Ensuring internal and external areas of the premises are well maintained
  • Keeping the maintenance workshop clean and organised
  • Undertaking relevant training as required
  • Ad-hoc duties as dictated by business needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in an engineering or maintenance role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose faults
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to maintenance tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good record-keeping skills
