Driver Hire Ashford and Tonbridge are looking for a HGV2 ADR driver to join our client at Cranbrook.
The position is available on a permanent basis.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 0630-1545. There may be occasional weekend work in the Winter months, overtime is available.
Requirements to be a LGV Driver:
- Class 2 (Cat C) licence with CPC and digital tachograph card
- ADR packages licence
- For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year
Responsibilities of being a Class 2 ADR Driver:
- Complete multidrop deliveries to residential areas, which may be rural
- Repetitive manual handling will be required - you will be delivering gas bottles
- Ensure deliveries are made to the customer with a high level of customer service as standard
- Work in a safe, compliant, and professional manner in line with the client’s operational planning

- £17.95 per hour - £26.92 per hour after 42.5 hours, PAYE model (£39,669.50)

ADR experience is not required as training is provided so if you have recently obtained your ADR licence this a great opportunity to gain relevant experience.
This role available immediately, subject to successful interview.
